Our breads are made from unbleached and untreated flours to make products with different characteristics,taste, texture, and crust to cater for the needs and desires of all our customers.
We do not use preservatives or mould inhibitors. These breads include sandwich loaves which are ideal sliced thick or medium for sandwiches, 100% wholemeal, malted wheat, traditional overnight fermentation, spelt, sour dough rye, ciabatta, multigrain, an organic range. Other variations are oat bread, olive bread, sun-dried tomato with pumpkin and onion seeds, foccacia with black olive and fresh rosemary, rye & caraway seed.

These compliment our breads: doughnuts, bath buns, lardies, scones, eccles, croissants, flapjack, chocolate fudge brownies, carrot cake, sausage rolls, Cornish pasties, filled rolls and sandwiches etc
