Our breads are made from unbleached and untreated flours to make products with
different characteristics,taste, texture, and crust to cater for the needs and
desires of all our customers. |

We do not use preservatives or mould inhibitors. These breads include sandwich
loaves which are ideal sliced thick or medium for sandwiches, 100% wholemeal,
malted wheat, traditional overnight fermentation, spelt, sour dough rye,
ciabatta, multigrain, an organic range. Other variations are oat bread, olive
bread, sun-dried tomato with pumpkin and onion seeds, foccacia with black olive
and fresh rosemary, rye & caraway seed.
